Hello! I’m Alison, I live in the sunny city of Redding, CA where mountains, hiking trails and waterfalls abound! I am a wife of 23 years to my husband and best friend, Chad. We have two amazing children, Ethen (23) and Ella (22). Being a wife and mother are two of my greatest dreams come true! I love learning and enjoy reading, writing and research! I am consistently drawn to exploring the depths of God’s goodness and experiencing inner healing through my passions for God and personal growth. My primary goal is to maintain daily alignment, spiritually, emotionally, and physically!

I feel called to help people find inner peace and freedom by creating safe and authentic spaces and by encouraging them to turn their pain into purpose by trusting in The Truth that will set them free!

What’s one thing most people wouldn’t know about you?

My mothers family was from Honolulu Hawaii and my grandmother taught Hula dance classes for many years. When I was younger my mom, sister and I joined a Hula Troupe in CA and began dancing and traveling for competitions. Dance has always been a form of therapy for me!

What’s one of your greatest dreams you’re currently dreaming?
I dream of purchasing a piece of land that we can build our own home on that will become our family legacy and our children’s inheritance.

Why did you join The Dream Factory and Co?
I joined the Dream Factory & Co. after my husband and I went through Julia’s “Dream I Dare You” life group curriculum, followed by a weekend Dare to Dream: Conference. I was so impacted by Julia’s book that I joined both her mastermind group, Dream: Storm and her online Dream: Academy!

By integrating this work daily, I noticed changes in my personal, spiritual, and family life! I continue to desire to understand it more deeply and live it out so naturally that it inspires others to do the same.

Now, as Julia’s Director of Church Relations, I get to connect with dreamers, leaders, and churches all across the U.S., introducing them to these same opportunities that I’m confident will guide them from where they are now to where they’ve always dreamed of being!

For the person out there who feels stuck and unclear about their dreams, what would you tell them?

Take it one day at a time, start right where you are! What is one thing that you have the time and resources to pursue today? Do that! Until God gives you a RED light, trust that you have a GREEN light! 🙂
